Foodcipe- Healthified Spaghetti

The one thing that I can truly say that I have learned is that any meal that you create it can be spun into something healthy and delicious! This spaghetti is a traditional blend of peppers, sausages and onions replaced with foods that are a little healthier for you and increases the amount of healthified recipes that you have in your book! I removed any ground beef or Turkey and used.these all Natural Sausages & created a homemade quick and easy sauce.

Ingredients
2 Packs of Aidelle's Sausages
2 Chopped green peppers
2 chopped red peppers
1 Chopped red onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil, separated
2Packs of Feta Cheese
2 boxs of whole grain pasta
5 tomatoes
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of pepper
3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Fresh cilantro
Directions:
In large skillet or wok using 1 tbsp of olive oil saute Peppers, Onions, 2 minced garlic cloves. ( remove and place in a bowl)

2. Cut the sausages diagonally creating an oval shaped sausage cut,  then add the sausages to 1tbsp of oil and saute

3. Return the peppers, onions and garlic  into the pan with the sausages and add red wine vinegar allowing flavors to marinate in one another.

4. In a large pot break down your noodles and add into boiling water.

5. Add tomatoes into a blender with remaining Garlic, cilantro,salt, pepper, 1 pack of feta cheese and olive oil. Blend on high until sauce becomes thick.

6. After 10 minutes or when pasta are tender drain the pasta top with sausage and peppers and add homemade sauce.

7. Garnish with some cilantro and grate remaining feta cheese over the dish.
